Our unique rose ice-cream is made exclusively from the finest imported and local ingredients.

WHAT MAKES OUR ICE-CREAM EXTRAORDINARY?

  • We don’t scoop, but use a special spatula to form an ice-cream rose onto the cone in order to preserve the creamy texture.

 

  • Our ice-cream is delicious and real, because we use the best, organic ingredients.

 

  • Our ice-cream does not contain emulsifiers, hydrogenated vegetable fat, or palm oil.

 

  • We enrich our ice-cream with local milk, fresh cream, brown sugar, glucose, honey, birch sugar and lots of fresh, seasonal fruit.

 

  • We also offer some ice-creams specially made for vegan, lactose intolerant, diabetic or diet-conscious customers.

ALWAYS AVAILABLE FLAVOURS

VANILLA

The vanilla is transported from Réunion Island for this classic favourite. We prepare the base by letting it slowly simmer with vanilla rods, lemon zest, plus fresh locally produced milk, cream, and eggs.

CHOCOLATE

Our chocolate has a rich and robust flavour. We prepare the base with fresh milk and cream which is mixed with selected high-quality cocoa powder. It gets its real chocolate-like texture thanks to the slow simmering and the 12-hour- long maturing time.

LAVENDER WHITE CHOCOLATE

We use smooth, 100% clean lavender oil from Papkert, which is produced at the distillery of the Pannonhalma Arch Abbey. The base is prepared with milk, cream and a few drops of lavender oil that results in gently refreshing flavours in a smooth textured ice-cream.

MANGO

We use Alphonso mangoes, a smaller and sweeter type of mango, for our vegan mango sorbet. We prepare a syrup of three types of sugar (mostly grape sugar) for the base, from which the ice-cream gets a silky texture; this also draws out the distinctive flavour of the fruit.

RASPBERRY

Our paleo (“free of everything”) raspberry sorbet is prepared from rolling raspberry. Every tub of ice-cream contains 2.5 kg of fresh raspberry. We use birch sugar for the sorbet base, meaning that diabetic customers can also enjoy it. The “free of everything” kiwi-banana flavour is also an excellent option.

BASIL LEMON

We decided to spice up the lemon flavour with some fragrant basil, creating a new favourite for our customers. This fresh and milk-free vegan sorbet is available throughout the summer and winter.

PISTACHIO

One of our most popular products is the pistachio ice-cream, made from pistachios grown on the volcanic soil of Bronte, Italy. This premium ingredient, with its characteristic aroma and taste, is mixed into a base cooked with milk and cream. Roasted and salted pistachios from Sicily are stirred into the sweet base creating a thick, sweet and savoury flavour with a creamy consistency.

WALNUT

The walnut finds its way into the ice-cream twice: cooked with honey milk, and also caramelised, crushed and stirred into the creamy base. A truly unforgettable flavour.

WASSABI HAZELNUT

The hot paste widely considered the main spice of the Japanese cuisine is combined with salty hazelnut to create a real treat.

Sweet pumpkin mildly frozen at dawn with pumpkin seeds.

BROWN BREAD WHISKEY

There is quite a bit of Jameson whiskey poured into the bourbon vanilla in order to enhance the grain base. To top off the experience, we sprinkle wholegrain, caramelised crumbs into the ice-cream mix.
